Property basements, exhibition halls, rural sites and lifts — the places where you meet buyers are often the places with no network. With most apps, the lead you just typed is simply lost.
How it works
- Open Quick Add and enter the lead as usual — name, phone, email, company, custom fields.
- With no connection, Ridhzo saves the lead safely on your device (kept separately for each workspace).
- You can see how many leads are waiting to sync.
- When your connection returns, Ridhzo uploads them automatically — no button to press.
- They then go through the normal steps: duplicate check, assignment, alerts and automations.
Real example
An agent at a weekend property expo adds 40 walk-in visitors on a patchy network. When they step outside, all 40 sync, get assigned, and receive a thank-you WhatsApp that evening.
Good to know
Offline mode is for adding new leads. Viewing and updating existing leads needs a connection.
