Do the repetitive work once
Assigning, tagging, scheduling, sending the welcome message — your team does the same steps for every lead. Automations do them for you, every time, even at night and on holidays.
Build a rule in three parts
WHEN — something happens
- A lead is created (from any source)
- A lead is assigned
- A lead's status or stage changes
- A tag is added
- A call is logged — incoming, outgoing or missed, from the Android app
- A follow-up is scheduled, completed or becomes overdue
- A task is completed
IF — conditions match (optional)
Any lead detail: source, status, owner, tags, city, budget or any custom field — and, for calls, how long the call was and how many calls in a row went unanswered. Use equals, contains, is empty, greater than, before/after — and combine with AND / OR.
THEN — do one or more actions
- Assign to a person
- Assign by round-robin (to the rep with the most room)
- Change status
- Schedule a follow-up in X days
- Create a task in X hours
- Add a note
- Send a WhatsApp template (Business API)
- Start a sequence
Start from a template
Ready-made recipes get you going in a minute — for example: New Facebook lead → round-robin → WhatsApp welcome → follow-up in 1 hour. Six ready-made templates cover the basics, including three unanswered calls in a row → add a note and follow up at a different time and a call longer than two minutes → mark the lead as in progress.
Safe by design
- Automations can't trigger each other in an endless loop.
- Each rule runs once per event, even when many leads arrive together.
- If one action fails, the others still run and the failure is logged.
- Pause or resume any automation with a switch.
Real examples
- Real estate: Leads from the "Project A" form go to the Project A team and get the brochure on WhatsApp instantly.
- Coaching: When a lead is tagged "Demo attended", their status changes to Hot and a fee-reminder sequence starts.
- Solo advisor: Every new lead gets a follow-up for 10 AM tomorrow, so none are forgotten.
