My Dashboard — for every rep
Start each day knowing exactly what to do: leads assigned to you, new and active leads, follow-ups due today, overdue follow-ups, today's meetings, your win rate, your pipeline value and your follow-up completion rate.
Today — the team at a glance
The top of the Executive Dashboard shows what needs attention right now, each with a comparison to yesterday and a click-through to exactly those leads:
- Overdue follow-ups and meetings without an outcome
- New leads not contacted after 24 hours and unassigned leads
- Meetings left today and new leads in the last 24 hours
- Calls per rep — how many, how long, how many were answered (from Android call sync)
The same picture arrives as a morning summary email to admins, and each person can turn it off. Reps get their own "your day" version on My Dashboard.
Executive Dashboard — for owners and managers
Filter by date, team and source:
- Speed to first response — average, median, and the % of leads contacted within 5 minutes
- Response target — leads contacted within your target (15 minutes by default) and how many were missed
- Total, new and active leads · win rate · pipeline value
- Follow-ups due, overdue and completion rate
- Content opened in the last 7 days, and shared links nobody opened
- Revenue by source and pipeline by stage
- Today's priorities — high-priority leads needing action now
