Most leads aren't ready to buy on day one. A sequence keeps in touch for you over days or weeks until they are, and it stops as soon as they reply.
Step 1: Describe your goal and let AI draft it
Open Sequences. In the builder, type a goal in plain English, for example:
Nurture a new real estate lead over two weeks toward booking an on-site property tour.
Click Generate. Ridhzo drafts the steps, day offsets, channels and message copy.
Step 2: Review every step
For each step, check:
- Day offset: e.g. Day 0, Day 2, Day 5, Day 9, counted from enrollment
- Channel: WhatsApp or Email
- Message: edit the copy and keep tokens like
{{first_name}} - Attachment (optional): add a brochure, floor plan or price sheet link
Tip: open with value (brochure, video, pricing) rather than "just checking in".
Using personal WhatsApp? Without the WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp steps become one-tap reminders for the rep to send. Email steps still go out automatically.
Step 3: Check quiet hours
In Settings, confirm your timezone and quiet hours (e.g. 8 PM–9 AM). Steps due inside that window are held until the morning.
Step 4: Save
Save the sequence. It now appears in your list with its step count and number of active enrollments.
Step 5: Enroll leads
Pick one or both:
- Manually: on a lead profile, tap + Add to Sequence and choose the sequence.
- Automatically: add an Enroll in sequence action to an automation (guide) so every new ad lead starts the cadence.
Step 6: Watch it run
Open the sequence to see its flow: how many leads are waiting on each step, what share of the total that is, and how many finished or were removed early.
What stops a sequence automatically
- The lead replies on WhatsApp
- The lead replies by email (when inbound email is connected)
- A rep marks the deal Won, Lost or Unqualified
A rep can also tap Stop on the lead profile. Every stop is logged on the timeline.
Edit live sequences safely
Improve the copy at any time. Leads already enrolled keep their place and get your updated steps from then on.
